Do I need any previous English experience?

No. This program is designed for complete beginners and adults with basic English knowledge. Your teacher will adapt each lesson to your current level.

How are my remaining classes scheduled?

The appointment selected during checkout is your first class. We will contact you afterward to arrange the remaining classes based on your program and availability.

Are the classes private or group-based?

All classes included in Elite Essentials, Momentum and Accelerated are private one-on-one online lessons.

Which beginner program should I choose?

Choose Essentials for once-weekly learning, Momentum for twice-weekly progress or Accelerated for three classes per week. If you are unsure, book a complimentary assessment.

How long is each class?

Every private class is 60 minutes long.

Can I reschedule a class?

Yes. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and missed classes may be counted as completed.
